Shipping Information

Livestock are sent with oxygen ( and heat packs in cold days) via Auspost Express Service on Monday and Tuesday.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING - $25.00

If your order contains live fish and/or live plants currently we only ship to the following states:

• ACT & New South Wales
• Queensland
• South Australia
• Victoria

We are also unable to ship live fish and live plants to some remote locations within these states.

Pickup

Pickup is now available Tuesday to Friday in Menai NSW. If you are a first time customer please pay via the website. Please contact us ONE day before you come to confrim the time. 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email if you wish to monitor it. If you have an enquiry or concern related to tracking or delivery, your best bet is to call your local depot of the courier to save time. If you have not received your tracking email by 9pm on the shipping day & like to track your orders please send me an email
